How to apply

  Step by step

  1. After applying a base coat to your nails apply 2 coats of white, purple and orange polishes in a random order.
  2. On the orange and purple painted nails paint on a triangle with the striping brush in white polish. Vary the direction of the triangle on each nail, so, place one triangle pointing towards the tip on one nail and a triangle pointing to the cuticle on another.
  3. On the white nails paint on a small triangle at the cuticle end with the striper and orange or purple polishes (like a half moon but triangle shaped). Vary the colour you use on each nail and reverse the design on some nails so the half moon triangle is at the tip! This will give it that kaleidoscope effect.
  4. Continuing on the white nails, paint a line in a different colour from the point of the triangle half moon towards the tip or cuticle (whichever way you have painted the design). Then drag the line back down to the corner of the little triangle and fill this space in. Take another colour and do the same on the other side. You want to create a 3 coloured triangle.
  5. On the orange and purple base nails paint a third of your white triangle black.
  6. Paint the other side of the white triangle orange or purple (depending on the base colour!) so that the triangle is split into the 3 colours.
  7. Finish with a coat of Seche Vite top coat and leave to dry.
  8. And now you're free to show off your swanky new talons!
